Under the GDPR you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
If you are in Chile, Law No. 19.628 (and Law No. 21.719) grants you equivalent rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection to the processing of your data.
8. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your rights by writing to contacto@kisaso.eu, indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or, in Chile, with the competent data protection authority.
